Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business days (Monday–Sunday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Friday, or during weekends/holidays, will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

United States

  • Standard Shipping: Free (USPS/UPS/DHL): 1-3
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $14.99
  • Express Overnight (1–2 business days): $29.99

CanadaInternational (Canada, UK, EU, Australia, etc.)**

  • Standard International: 7–21 business days → Starting at $14.99
  • Express International (DHL/FedEx): 3–7 business days → Starting at $29.99

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs in international orders.

Free Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $75 (after discounts, before taxes) within the United States.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on our website or through the carrier’s website.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If your order is lost or significantly delayed, contact us within 30 days of the shipping date and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it (replacement or refund).

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. These are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your country’s customs office for more information.

Non-Deliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refusal to pay duties, or unclaimed at customs, we will refund the order total minus original shipping costs and any return shipping fees.

Pre-Orders & Backordered Items

If your order contains pre-order or backordered items, the entire order will ship together once everything is in stock (unless you request partial shipment).
