The purpose of this trip is to compress time, manufacture luck, and create surface area for breakthroughs, connections, and new friendships.
How is it different? Tiger 21, Hampton, and other peer-connecting groups focus on the business and networking - but they've all forgotten the most important part. You need to recharge to do your best work. That's what this is all about.
Have you ever had a breakthrough when you shook things up and surrounded yourself with other like-minded people? Exactly. This is the opposite of those generic group trips, and something hotels can't offer.
You get 7 days of peak state, in a beautiful place. With other people who also love adventure, mystery, connection and brainstorming.
Who will be there? Everyone is vetted for safety, and your group is matched based on complimentary skill type and personality. That way each person adds unique value to the core group.
You must have: a business you've built, a craft you're good at, something you've created, or be a high-agency A-Player.
Pricing: I've priced this so everything that could cause a headache is divided equally (except your plane ticket to get there). Planning, itinerary, housing, boats, transportation, gas - and yes, even a private chef. Everything is scheduled and taken care of up front, so we all get more time having fun and no time worrying about logistics.

- All information like pictures, locations, rooms, itinerary, who's in your group (etc.) will be shared ahead of time, and there will be dedicated Whatsapp groups for chats.

About the location: Your home is a villa on a mountain with a view of the islands. Surrounded by olive trees and wild myrtle, with a pool, a sauna, and your own private room. Your days are spent boating around islands and swimming in crystal clear waters. In the evenings we eat private chef-cooked meals with local cheese, handmade pasta, and gelato. Lots of gelato.

I'm taking the time to create this because we all know the power of surrounding yourself with the right people - but sometimes that's really hard to do.
